Our couch broke because unnamed persons sat on it too . . . easily. It fell through the bottom and we had to ask for it to get fixed. BYUH wonderful maintenance came and took it to their shop, fixed it and brought it back. Ryan vacuumed the floor while it was out. I will say that if only four people sat on it, including Lacey, me, Ryan and Cory and it didn't break because of Lacey and it didn't break because of me...but I will not say who it did break when they both sat on it. :)

Ouch Couch
Our couch broke because unnamed persons sat on it too . . . easily. It fell through the bottom and we had to ask for it to get fixed. BYUH wonderful maintenance came and took it to their shop, fixed it and brought it back. Ryan vacuumed the floor while it was out. I will say that if only four people sat on it, including Lacey, me, Ryan and Cory and it didn't break because of Lacey and it didn't break because of me...but I will not say who it did break when they both sat on it. :)

Hey Larissa, I just found your blog somehow today--how fun to see what you and Ryan are up to. I'm jealous you're living in Hawaii--we're just barely starting to thaw out here in Ohio, and it's sure sounding nice right now! It was good to get a little catch up on your life!

ReplyDeleteAnd in answer to your question- Yes. Peppermint taffy is positively divine. However it does have its place. The breakdown of seasonal addictions is as follows:
Halloween- Pumpkins
Christmas- Peppermint Taffy/ Chocolate oranges
Valentines Day- Snicker's hearts
Easter- Cadbury eggs (The big ones that look like a chicken fetus began growing inside)/ tropical Starburst jelly beans
Summer- Starbursts/ Hot Tamales
Fall- Peanut Butter M&M's

ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see your blog!!! As soon as I get home (we're on vacation in AZ. right now) I'm adding it to mine. Something happens at least weekly that will make me think of you. We are doing so good, Tay is in chiro school and loving it (most of the time), kids are fantastic, I'm starting my photography business... Life is great. How are you guys doing, you look great! To bad about your couch but hurray for maintenance for fixing your couch pronto!
